Heating for an 800 m² building in the Venice area
The industrial shed to be heated is located in the Venice region. It is an 800-square-meter building per 6 meters in height where sheet metal and rock wool panels are assembled.
At the beginning of the cold season, our customer asked for a solution that could be installed quickly and would make working conditions more comfortable.
The company had recently moved and had no experience in heating the new shed. The customer immediately asked about renting the generator, so they could try out our biomass heating system without incurring a high initial investment.

Free inspection for the design of the new heating system
The industrial hall to be heated is a single room of 800 square meters by 6 meters in height, with a series of windows on three sides. In this environment, the customer asked to be able to reach a temperature of about 15-16 °C.
The workstations within the factory hall are evenly distributed over the entire surface area. The airflow has to be directable and even as much as possible to ensure comfort at every workbench.
During the inspection phase, we offered the customer the rental of a 100 kW pellet-fueled air heater accompanied by a 270 kg pellet tank.
By renting AirCalor Condens the customer can try out the new heating system for the entire winter season without constraints, and then evaluate the purchase later.
During the inspection, we also determined how to set up the temporary chimney, according to the positioning chosen for the generator. The machine does not need any ducting and can heat the whole area by direct throw.

The simple and unobtrusive installation was completed within the day according to prior agreements made with the customer.
AirCalor heats the hall evenly without the need for ductwork, and the 100kW version allows the customer to reach and exceed the 15-16°C temperature initially requested.

The pellet-fueled air heater AirCalor Condens is equipped with a modulating burner that shuts off completely (has no pilot flame) once the required temperature has been reached;
its features create a virtuous air circle, where the machine draws in cooler air from the lower part of the room, heats it, and throws it at a controlled temperature to prevent the subsequent dispersion of the injected heat to the higher part of the shed.

Having no experience in heating this hall, the client can't make a comparison on the consumption of his new system, but it fully met his requirements ensuring high comfort for all his employees.
