Can I access the incentive to replace the heating of my second home?
Yes, the facility is not reserved for the main home alone, provided that the property is located in the regional territory.
The regional contribution can only be combined with the thermal account?
Yes. It cannot be combined with other concessions, not even tax deductions.
Can I apply without having obtained the facilitation of the thermal account?
Yes, but it is a mandatory requirement to access the II phase. It will be necessary to attach the request and the letter of acceptance of the GSE.
I am the lessee of the property. Can I apply for access to the incentive to replace the old boiler?
Yes, also holders/users can apply. They must coincide with the 'responsible person’ who asked for the incentive for the thermal account.

Can I apply if I purchased the system before opening the announcement?
Yes, as long as the request to the thermal account is made after the publication of the announcement and is accepted within the terms of the second phase.
What happens if you don't return to the ranking?
The expression of interest is not binding. If you do not return to the beneficiaries, there is no obligation. However, you can still take advantage of the advantages of the thermal account for the purchase of one of our pellet boiler.
