Who can access the 2025 Stoven Call?
You can request the incentive if you respect these conditions:
- You are a private citizen residing in Veneto.
- The home in which it makes the replacement is in Veneto.
- Your ISEE ordinary 2025 is less than € 50,000.
- You are replacing an old biomass generator (wood/pellets) with an environmental classification of less than or equal to 3 stars, or a diesel generator.
Furthermore, the subjects already admitted to the 2024 banning ban which have not been able to finalize the request for contribution within the closing deadline of the previous call (30 June 2025) can also access the ban.
What boilers are admitted to obtain the contribution?
The announcement finances the replacement of:
- Old biomass heat generators (wood, pellets, chips) with environmental classification less than or equal to 3 stars.
- Diesel generators (only in the case of installation of heat pumps).

- Legnosa biomass heat generator with five -star environmental certification: with power up to 35 kW, primary particulate values (pp) lower than 20 mg/nm³.

How to get the incentive: the procedure in 2 simple phases
The process is divided into two main phases. Our team can provide you with the indications and support necessary to face each step without stress.
Phase 1: Expression of interest (Despite 15 October 2025)
The first step, not binding, is to present the expression of interest on the appropriate regional platform. You will need your personal data, the ISEE 2025 value and a PEC address (it is also good not exactly) which will be used for official communications.
The expressions of interest sent will then be sorted according to a ranking that will be published on 11 November 2025. The ranking order is attributed by multiplying the value resulting from ordinary ISEE 2025 by a coefficient equal to 0.8 in case of Municipalities that have adopted orders for improving air quality, otherwise equal to 1 for municipalities that have not adopted them.
Citizens with the lowest value will have a higher position in the ranking; in case of equal scores, the chronological order of arrival of the expression of interest is taken into account.
Level 2: Application for contribution (Despite 30 June 2026)
After installing the new boiler and having received the acceptance letter for the incentive of the thermal account from the GSE, you can proceed with the request for a real contribution, attaching the required documentation. In particular, it will be asked to provide:
- the data of the replaced generator
- the data of the generator installed
- number of application of the thermal account relating to the intervention for which the regional contribution is requested
and attach:
- "Request for granting incentives" to the GSE;
- "Letter to accept the incentives" issued by the GSE and registered to the applicant of the regional contribution;
- environmental certification of the new generator;
- receipt of payment of the revenue stamp of € 16.00, made through pagoPA.
