Heating of an industrial building
This 400 m² warehouse in the province of Bergamo is an environment with 7-meter-high ceilings, where plastic materials are processed. The customer wanted to heat it to a temperature of about 18-20 degrees.
The shed concerned was previously heated by a small electric-powered hot-air generator; despite its low power output, the running costs were still proving to be significant: the generator was constantly running at maximum power, but without being able to produce an even and satisfying heat.
The customer has thus opted to rent a pellet air heater with condensing technology to heat his business because it gave him the peace of mind of being able to test the machine without committing capital.
Heating with pellet hot air generator FOR RENT
The workshop to be heated is well insulated and rarely open to the outside, so a 35 KW generator is perfectly adequate.
- AirCalor pellet hot air generator 35KW for hire with 160KG capacity tank
AirCalor launches warm air into the room through adjustable vents, while drawing in cooler air from below. In addition, the heater operates only when needed and modulates power as necessary, progressively decreasing the output until it is turned off completely: in this way it reduces costs and cuts fuel waste to zero. - Weekly programmable wireless thermostat
The programmable thermostat allows the operator to schedule the desired on/off times during the week.
Installation of pellet heating system in the shed
The pellet burner has very short ignition times and reaches the required temperatures in less time: this allows the customer to be more productive and to process materials under the best possible conditions.
Furthermore, the condensing pellet generator respects the increasingly stringent environmental regulations, generating heat in an environmentally sustainable way.
Thanks to the programmable thermostat, the temperatures required are tuned and programmed according to the working days: from Monday to Friday the ideal temperature is maintained, while on the weekend the system automatically turns off, ensuring maximum savings.

In this photo we see the encumbrance of the generator, behind which the reservoir 160 KG has been placed.
The customer now heats his shed and manages to spend less: the lower cost of fuel, combined with a higher yield, guarantees a return on investment that is higher than the total rental cost he incurred (a sum that is, by the way, fully deductible).
This way he can choose to purchase the generator later, without budgeting any additional investment in 2019.
In anticipation of a potential future purchase, the customer chose to install a permanent double-walled chimney: the quick installation completed within the day was carried out by our installers.
