]]> Centralizing the system and distributing the heat to condos, stores, hotels and the majority of buildings in the village was a great challenge for S.I.I.M.. The district heating is a hydraulic hot water circuit that runs under the village's main street and is fed by a high-powered 1000KW Triplomax pellet boiler.

The system currently provides heat to condos, homes, and hotels, for a total of about 500 apartments. The location, renowned for the winter tourist season, is independently operated by trained staff 24/7 so guests can enjoy well-deserved vacations while saving on their utility bills by making use of clean, renewable energy.
