How to get the incentive: the procedure in 2 simple phases

Phase 1: Expression of interest (Despite 15 October 2025)

The first step, not binding, is to present the expression of interest on the appropriate regional platform. You will need your personal data, the ISEE 2025 value and a PEC address (it is also good not exactly) which will be used for official communications.

The expressions of interest sent will then be sorted according to a ranking that will be published on 11 November 2025. The ranking order is attributed by multiplying the value resulting from ordinary ISEE 2025 by a coefficient equal to 0.8 in case of Municipalities that have adopted orders for improving air quality, otherwise equal to 1 for municipalities that have not adopted them.

Citizens with the lowest value will have a higher position in the ranking; in case of equal scores, the chronological order of arrival of the expression of interest is taken into account.

Level 2: Application for contribution (Despite 30 June 2026)

After installing the new boiler and having received the acceptance letter for the incentive of the thermal account from the GSE, you can proceed with the request for a real contribution, attaching the required documentation. In particular, it will be asked to provide:

• the data of the replaced generator
• the data of the generator installed
• number of application of the thermal account relating to the intervention for which the regional contribution is requested

and attach:

• "Request for granting incentives" to the GSE;
• "Letter to accept the incentives" issued by the GSE and registered to the applicant of the regional contribution;
• environmental certification of the new generator;

What is the 2024 Stove Call?

The 2024 Stove Call is a non-repayable contribution provided by the Veneto Region to reimburse citizens who replace existing heat generators serving residential real estate units with:

• new generation wood biomass generators, of nominal thermal power ≤ 35 kW, classy 5 digit and with Primary Particulate values (PP) lower than 20 mg/Nm³. In Alpine and pre-Alpine territory, 4-star heat generators are also permitted.

or with

• electric heat pumpsof maximum power ≤ 35 kW and performance and environmental requirements compliant with those indicated in the GSE Application Rules.

The old system to be replaced must necessarily be a generator powered by biomass (wood, pellets or wood chips) or diesel, without environmental classification or with certification lower than or equal to 3 stars.

Who can access the 2024 Stove Call?

The requirements to access the contribution are:

• Being a private citizen resident in Veneto.

The house to be heated is 220 sqm divided in two floors in the province of Treviso.

The owner has always been sensitive to the innovations proposed by the renewable energies scene: in fact, his house is equipped with solar panels to supply domestic hot water. It relied instead on an old 35kW oil-fired boiler to produce hot water for heating.

He contacted us because he was looking for a next-generation boiler that could replace his oil-fired system while simultaneously providing the ability to support solar panels in supplying domestic hot water during the winter months.

The customer chose to purchase a BluCalor E pellet boiler because it allowed him to access the Italian incentive "Conto Termico" with incentive coefficient of 1.5 . In addition, our pellet boiler exploits the fuel with the same simplicity and efficiency as the best diesel boilers.

The old 35 kW oil-fueled boiler had high running costs and minimal efficiency, so the customer used it as little as possible: he was forced to use the help of an additional wood stove for heating.

The smoke exhaust was routed inside a concrete chimney cavity, within which we planned to encase a new flue in accordance with standards, equipped with all the necessary inspections for biomass systems.

The client was looking for a solution that could combine with the solar panel boiler, providing water for heating and immediate domestic hot water if the amount supplied by the solar panels was not sufficient.

We have designed a simple and easy-to-integrate hydraulic solution that can allow the customer to use the boiler only when necessary, leaving domestic hot water production to the free energy of the sun when possible.

Installation of a new pellet boiler with "Conto Termico" incentive

Theinstallation has been completed within the day: we removed the old oil boiler, placed the new Blucalor E pellet boiler as per the configuration agreed with the client, and encased the new d.120 chimney inside the cavity; we then connected the solar panels to the new system so that the customer can easily choose the desired mode of domestic hot water supply.

The Blucalor E boiler with its 270 kg pellet tank chosen by the customer guarantees an autonomy of operations more than a week long.
The automatic cleaning of the compressed combustion grate guarantees no encrustations for always optimal combustion and it's powered by a small silenced compressor, which is particularly functional for installations where the boiler is placed in spaces used on a daily basis.

The old oil system and wood stove, in addition to not being sufficient to provide comfort in all living areas, resulted in a cost to the customer of about €2,000 per year.

The house to be heated is a big two-story unit in the Padua district.

The owner is renovating his home taking advantage of state incentives: he was therefore looking for a new boiler with five-star certification to replace his old diesel boiler.

Inspection and implementation of the new pellet plant project

The old 35Kw diesel boiler was placed in an internal room used as a storage room and laundry.

The flue outlet was not chimneyed, so we planned to construct a new flue in accordance with regulations, equipped with all the inspections that biomass systems require.

To meet these demands, we suggested the installation of an automatic cleaning system which allows the customer to empty the ashtray only 2-3 times per year, a very useful supplement for the BluCalor E boiler.

We have also prepared a draft design specifically for the customer, which can accurately illustrate the installation configuration and its expected footprints.

We finalized the installation in two days: in the first, we removed the old system and set up the new flue by encasing it inside the cavity; in the second, we placed the new boiler, connected the plumbing, and instructed the client on the proper use of the system.

The plumbing connections of the Blucalor E pellet boiler are simple: it wasn't needed , therefore, any modification to the pre-existing system.

The entire system was perfectly tailored to the space available, as per the design shared with the client.

The 160 kg service tank has been equipped with wheels so that it can be easily moved in case of maintenance.
